You can have a 15-16 record in Tennessee and still be a force to be reckoned with. Central plays a pretty tough schedule, I do believe.
The biggest problem I have with Virginia is their limit on games you can play. Most of the time when a Virginia team faces a Tennessee team, the Tennessee team has already played a bunch of games. That added experience makes a big difference.
